Problems accessing site?

I am using new Edge browser. If I use InPrivate mode I can get into site fine. Using it normally though I can get to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products/ but not to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/index.html and I get

I am not sure which cookies to clear since I can't get in enough to see what it is using. I tried the trick of going to learn and it didn't make any difference.

    Hi,

This might have to do with the login issues that was started yesterday, there's an announcement (sticky thread) about this here:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/44995/announcement-sign-in-issues-for-users-experiencing.html

Basically when trying to access the https://learn.microsoft.com/answers/index.html page you get into redirect loop, or you receive a message "Hmmm.. can't reach this page".

To clear all tokens and cookies in Microsoft Q&A can you try the following:

    1. Go to https://learn.microsoft.com/learn

    2. Click on your profile icon, then click on "Sign-Out".

If the above doesn't work, then clearing the whole web browser's cache would be the other option.

    Best regards,
    Leon
