Missing send button

When I create a new message the send button is in my task bar above, when I want to reply, forward of send received mail there is no send/reply button in my task bar.  Delete is the first button

Thank you for your response, MaryC3. I appreciate it. By default, in outlook.com/hotmail.com, you'll need to open the message and reply to it before you can see the Send button. It's also available if you'll be creating a new email message. Checking the Outlook.com settings, putting the Send button above isn't possible yet.

    Hi

    The buttons were below this to the left a number of option buttons were available starting with Send.  If you clicked on the first one SEND it gave you the option of send/reply/forward.  I have had an update so maybe this caused the button to disappear.  I can now see that if I open the message go to the far right there are all the options in the click down menu. So at least I can now send a message

    Thank you for help.  I just cant understand why the send button was there yesterday and not now?  Guess I will have to get used to this new set up

    Are you seeing the lower set of symbols?
