The error in the image means that you couldn’t sign in to your Office 365 account because of an access denied issue. The error code is 80070005, and you may need to contact your system administrator with this code if the problem persists.
Since you are trying to add a work account, please contact your IT admin first to find out why this happened. Sometimes access denied happens when an update happens, your admin can give you steps to resolve the issue immediately.
