Thanks, that upgrade is for Windows 11 and I have Windows 10.
I keep getting error code 80070005 when trying add my work email to my desktop outlook. Why?
I keep getting error code 80070005 when trying add my Office 365 work email account to my personal desktop Office 365 Outlook. Why? It used to work fine until my Windows completed rebooted itself towards the end of last year. My personal gmail and imap accounts continue to work OK. I can access my work email by logging in to the work Office 365 account. But I work from home and need all my emails in one place on my own Office 365 Outlook. I can do this on my iPhone, but can no longer do it on my desktop. Please help.

2024-02-02T16:46:24+00:00 This just tells me Windows 10 is up to date. The only other option is to install Windows 10, which I already have.
