Try instead going searching for the Shared Mailbox in the Exchange Admin Center (https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/#/mailboxes). If you click on the mailbox from there and then click on Other you should be able to set the Auto-Reply from there. For ex:
"Object reference not set to an instance of an object." while configuring Out-of-Office message on behalf of another user as the admin through direct link.
"Object reference not set to an instance of an object." while configuring Out-of-Office message on behalf of another user as the admin through direct link.

2024-02-07T20:38:13+00:00 Thank you so much Jessie for the quick response! So when I navigated to my shared mailbox per your suggestion, it showed that Auto Reply was enabled and even had the message that I crafted. However, I clicked on "Save" anyway and it saved without error and my auto reply messages worked!
So next question. I'm trying to include a hyperlink in my Auto Reply message. I'm able to configure a hyperlink in the auto reply message through the O365 console (see screenshot in my original post) but unable to configure a hyperlink when I configure auto reply through your suggestion. Just plain text. There are no right-mouse-button dropdown options for a hyperlink, etc.
Thoughts?
