No Prompt to input two - digit code

Hi,

I am trying to add an account to Microsoft Authenticator. When I get to the last step, that is, to key in the two-digit authentication code, I can see the code, but I am not prompted to key the code in. This is on an iPhone with the most recent iOS upgrade. Any thoughts?
