    I find it incredible that you are not capable of solving this. It is a real shame that you leave hundreds of users in the lurch. Honestly, I am seriously reconsidering switching to another operating system that has nothing to do with Microsoft. Thanks for nothing.

    I am having the same problem since 2/27/25 as the others. I tried your solutions and they do not work. I have email working on other devices but not on my PC since yesterday. How to I revert back to "OLD" Outlook?

    I have the same issue, my IMAP email works on my phone and another email apps, but with the new Microsoft Outlook, have always the error:

    {"SessionId":"383bc139-8c07-b44b-afcc-059110801746","Timestamp":1740171635434,"Error":"INVALIDCREDENTIALS TEMPORARILYUNAVAILABLE"}

    I checked and double-checked all the configuration and I know that have all right because with another email clients apps, works perfectly.

    I tried with deleting all the configuration with olk.exe --clearLocalState but don't work.

    Any idea, help, fix or windows update that make this work.

    Thanks.
