RE: INTERACTIONREQUIRED error saying: "You Need to Sign In"

Hi Stan:
We migrated from W-10 Mail & Callender client to the New OUTLOOK on a PC about a month ago and all of the mailboxes ran fine until broken about four days ago. This only involves one PC running NEW OUTLOOK.
All but a single OUTLOOK.com mailbox received the INTERACTIONREQUIRED error saying: "You Need to Sign In".
The following five (5) other mailboxes were prompt with "You Need to Sign In":
One (1) att.net mailbox (Yahoo server) and four (4) of our FedCURE.org mailboxes (our organization server) received the INTERACTIONREQUIRED error.
The att.net (Yahoo server) and two FedCURE.org mailboxes (our organization server) were resolved by a sign in reconfiguring each mailbox manually with original IMAP and SMTP settings and password as were prior to error.
However, the two (2) other FedCURE.org NEW OUTLOOK mailboxes on our organization server failed following the same procedure as the first two and by reconfiguring each mailbox manually using the same original IMAP and SMTP settings, and original password as was prior to error are still broke, continuously fail on re-try and receive INTERACTIONREQUIRED error.
We verified all mailbox IMAP and SMTP settings and passwords. We can access the two unresolved FedCURE.org mailboxes with mutable local clients and providers on all other devices and via webmail on our organization server.
Accordingly, all six (6) mailboxes are all configured with the same original IMAP and SMTP settings and verified password on the same PC under NEW OUTLOOK. Four (4) have been resolved as said above by simply re-sign-in. Two (2) mailboxes have not been able to resolve and receive the INTERACTIONREQUIRED error. This makes no sense since they are all configured on the same PC under NEW OUTLOOK, and this does not indicate that our three-way mailbox is disconnected from the mailbox server,
We would like to avoid deleting the two broke mailboxes and have to add new, as the process loses People Contacts, preferences and signatures that would all have to be reestablished. And this would not work anyway.
There has to be a simple fix to this break, as we were able to resolve all of the other mailbox errors by simply re-sign in. This issue has negatively impacted so many users for months, perhaps MS engineers would know a fix.
Please advise soonest.
Kind regards:
FedCURE
