This is the same stuff that doesn't work.  I am tired of links that take me back to start.  We have been through this stuff including uninstalling and reinstalling.  Try helping us (Microsoft customers) rather than sending us in circles.  This continues to impede our progress

I experienced this error when my copy of Office 2013 was not correctly activated.

From any package within the Office 2013 Suite, select File => Account. Does the product information display "Product Activated"?

Mine was working last week, but not now after upgrading to Windows 8.1. I think that might be the issue, since One Drive gives a message that it cannot access files on an 8.1 PC. Is there a fix for this situation?

I just purchased MS2013 today and downloaded online. MS word and Excel don't work and the online repair gives me the 30029-4 error code.

I've tried using the 'fix it' link to uninstall MS office and reinstall it 3 times now and it's STILL not working! :-( I also manually uninstalled MS word and excel 2007 from my programs list as the fix it link didn't uninstall them.

How can I fix this issue? Please help!
