Creating mail merge letters with multiple rows for each page

I'm trying to create receipts for a non-profit organization.  I'd like to create one receipt for each person who has donated and have each of their transactions on the same sheet.  I've tried many things but I'm completely lost here.  It just keeps going to the next page and creating a page for each transaction.

Have you re-started Word since installing the Add-in?

Do you see the Merge Tools tab on the Ribbon that will appear if the Add-in has been loaded.

If you click on the Developer tab of the ribbon and then on Document Template item, in the list of Templates and Add-ins, does the MergeTools - 20140218.dotm item appear in the list of "Global templates and add-ins" and is there a checkmark in the box before it?

I don't have a developer tab but I have restarted word since installing.  The only buttons I have are the "Start Merge Process" and "Misc. Functions"

To display the Developer tab, click on File>Options>Customize Ribbon and then check the box against the Developer item in the list of Main Tabs on the right hand side of the dialog.

    Hi Doug

I've downloaded and installed the Merge Tools package which seems to install correctly but won't fire up correctly.  each time I do so, even after shutting down and re-starting Word, I get an error message

    "13 ----  Type Mismatch"

This doesn't happen with the document itself UNLESS I click on the Many To Onebutton.  I'm running Office365 license on locally installed version of Office.  Any ideas how to address?

The problem is almost certainly with the field names in the Data Source.

If you send me the mail merge main document and the Data Source, I will investigate the issue.
