Creating mail merge letters with multiple rows for each page

I'm trying to create receipts for a non-profit organization.  I'd like to create one receipt for each person who has donated and have each of their transactions on the same sheet.  I've tried many things but I'm completely lost here.  It just keeps going to the next page and creating a page for each transaction.

    Hi Macropod!

    I have reviewed your tutorial and have created a merge letter that contains the merge fields for multiple records for one person.  Everything works, except I can't get it to add in page breaks at the new person.

    Following is the letter with the field coding.  It worked before I added in the {QUOTE 12}, but when I add that in, it gives me errors.  Would you be so kind to tell me what I've done wrong?

    Thanks!

    An alternative method is to use the Many to One facility on my Merge Tools Add-in for which details are provided in my May 22, 2014 response to this thread.

    It appears you're using the field codes from the 'Inserting Content Beforethe Repeated Data' topic. Instead of:

    {QUOTE{IF{MERGESEQ}= 1{SET Key ""}}"{IF{MERGEFIELD Full_Name}<>{REF Key} "{IF{MERGESEQ}> 1{QUOTE 12}¶

     "¶

    "}

    you should have:

    {QUOTE{IF{MERGESEQ}= 1 {SET Key ""}}"{IF{MERGEFIELD Full_Name}<> {REF Key} "{IF{MERGESEQ}> 1 {QUOTE 12}}

    Note the spacing.

    Blessing on you, Macropod!!  It worked!!  I had scoured your tutorial and the internet trying to find out what I did wrong.  It's my first try at this and I found it very interesting and yet frustrating.

    Thanks for the prompt reply as well!

    Thanks for the info, Doug.  Unfortunately my IT department doesn't allow us to download Add-ins.
