This pumpkin is 76 years old and I agree that this solution works and could have been given to us by the "experts" years ago. I have only just had the problem with a new android tablet and apart from Device Maintenance being called something else similar I am able to delete unwanted files. That includes some files sent to me as attachments.

2020-03-12T01:22:26+00:00 I was having the same issue and went to my settings in Word (I think) and set to factory setting. That was the only way to get ride of the doc that said I did not have permission to delete. My concern was why it was there in the first place from an email. And the email was saying I had purchased some game. WTH!?!?
