SOLVER DOES NOT WORK on Excel 2016 for Mac

I am using 2016 Excel on my Mac but excel does not work all!! It just do not provide any result event thought i enter the data correctly. I read every possible solution and Q&As but nothings solve the problem. I dont even remember how may time i uninstall and install the solver add-in. I tried the same thing on windows and it gives to solution.

    Hi SSECER,

    To better understand the issue:

    1. Which version of Office are you using? Please make sure it is the latest.
    2. Have you tried opening this file on other Macs?
    3. Does this issue only happen to this specific file? If so you can share it with us, please check yourPM.

    1. Its Excel 2016 ver. 15.39(171010)
    2. Yes, same exact thing happen which is nothing.

    3.No, it happen every time. When i tried to change the changing variables with different data sets, nothing happens.

    Thanks for the quick reply,

    I tried your suggestions but still nothing change. Some how solver bypass the values and think the changing values are correct. At least i think so.
