SOLVER DOES NOT WORK on Excel 2016 for Mac

Question

I am using 2016 Excel on my Mac but excel does not work all!! It just do not provide any result event thought i enter the data correctly. I read every possible solution and Q&As but nothings solve the problem. I dont even remember how may time i uninstall and install the solver add-in. I tried the same thing on windows and it gives to solution.

Hi,

1. The formula at M8 is MMULT for the calculation for M1:P1;M3:P6. It's like intermediary step for variance calculation. The M8:P8 and M1:P1 multiplied and gives variation number.

2.What i mean for "does not work" is simple. Just for the variation cal. , i gave random number to M1:P1. In this case its 25%. But after the putting the data to solver, solver should change the number under the assumption of constraint and to minimize the Std. Deviation. The main purpose is finding the optimum weight distribution for each column.

3.Same calculation on Windows gave the 31%-15%-39%-15% despite the mac's results which is any number that entered to cells. If just write 110-20-10-15 to M1:P1 and even thought i put the Sum should equal to 100 constraint, it just did not obey.
