Cannot remove file - Error Code 6009

Hello!

I'm using OneDrive in Office 365 (cloud only, nothing on desktop) on my Mac & I'm unable to delete a file. I have all the permissions and I'm the file owner, but I get an error when I try to delete the file or the folder it's in. The errors are:

    Did you close every version of Word, also local ones?

    Yes, I can open the similar .doc file -- it's in a different folder, and I'm also unable to move the ~ file into the folder with the normal one (same error message/code).
