Forms column missing

The 'Total Points' and the 'Quiz Feedback' columns are missing when I open up my responses in excel. They were there originally and then they disappeared, I then created another quiz to see if there was a problem with the link but that didn't work either. Is there something I am doing wrong when I am creating my quiz.

Hi KP_09,

We know that view the result of our Forms&Quiz via Excel online will be more convenient for us.

When we create Form from OneDrive(New>Forms for Excel) and Excel online(Insert>Form), we can view the result via Excel online directly. However, when we create Form&Quiz via Forms directly, it is not feasible for us to view the result via Excel online directly. We can download that result workbook then upload it into OneDrive then view it via Excel online.

Besides, when we using Forms collect responses, it is not feasible for us to set the correct answer. We can do that when we using Quiz.

Form and result in Excel online:

Quiz and result :

And that makes we can't find the 'Total Points' and the 'Quiz Feedback' columns. Thanks for your understanding.

Regards,

Neo

Would you be able to clarify this answer? Are you saying it is not possible to have the "Total Points" column in the Excel Online coming from a group quiz?

I have just tested this again, and when I open the excel spread sheet in the desktop version the total column and the quiz feedback columns are included but when I open the same excel spread sheet online the columns are mission.

I need to use the online versions as I want the responses to be updated in real time.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks

    Krystle

    Hi KP_09,

Here are my test steps, please have a look:

    1. Open Forms from Office launcher.
    2. Create a Quiz then share it with my user and submit the result.
    3. View the response then click Open in Excel to download the response workbook.
    4. I can find the Total points and Quiz feedback column:

If this is your scenario? If not, please share with me the detailed steps about how do you reproduce this issue.

Besides, please share with me more info as below to let me have a better understanding of your scenario:

    1. Can you find the Total points and Quiz feedback column via the steps above?
    2. Screenshot of the "originally" columns.

    Regards,

    Hi Neo,

Thank you for your response. I really appreciate you taking the time to respond.

The steps you mentioned are exactly what I have followed, but I don't get the total points and feedback columns. I have included a screen capture of the actual spread sheet for you to look at.

    Thank you.

    Regards

    Krystle
