2019-09-26T04:48:33+00:00 Access is only available for the PC. That said, have you opened it since the reinstall? Hmm, and are you running the 32 bit or 64 bit version?

2019-09-26T14:00:48+00:00 Yes i have run it since the reinstall. I cannot find whether this is a 32 bit or 64 bit installation. My computer is a 64 bit machine.

The bitness of your Office applications is independent of the Windows bitness, with one caveat. You can run either 32 bit or 64 bit applications (including Office) on 64 bit Windows. However, on 32 bit Windows, you can only run 32 bit applications (again, including Office).
Something tells me there's more going on here than we've seen so far.
Can you verify that you have a licensed installation of MS Access? It does appear that you have the version of Office that would NOT include Access, so any Access application on your computer would have to be licensed and installed separately and in addition to it. Is that the case, or did I misread some of the prior responses?
