2019-09-27T00:27:33+00:00 I just uninstalled Office (32 BIT) and reinstalled the 64 BIT version. It installed Access along with Word, Excel, Outlook and Publisher. I tried to install a command button and the wizard came up without the error. Hooray! When it was reinstalling the programs it posted the status saying "Office 365 Home Premium"; is that why Access installed? Thanks for hanging in there with me. I believe all is well. This will be my last reply.

2019-09-27T05:54:47+00:00 Well now, glad to hear that worked. However, note, not too many folks out there use the 64 bit version of Office let alone Access. So when posting for any additional help please make sure to note that because there is a difference albeit slight but it's there.
