    Dear Madoc,

Many thanks for your detailed investigation.

    1. Sorry that I did not find the same folder "Microsoft.MasterDataSen..." but mine indicated as below for your reference.

Valves has been modified to 3 (original 2) for both "LoadBehavior" area as screenshot above but still cannot work for solver add-in.

2/3. Currently our company policy is generally to install the Office 365 on line after the account generated, we cannot create another user or administrator account. So not sure whether I can uninstall the office 365 and then reinstall it again as per your guidance of 2 by SaRA tool. Please advise. The office has installed as below for your reference.

    1. Tried the method to run the computer in a clean boot environment however still not work.

Please be noted I also tried the Solver-Add in function by the laptop of my colleagues in Excel, they all worked well.

So it should be something goes wrong with my office 365 especially for Excel.

Finally the version of Window 10 has been abstracted for your request. Thanks.

    Hi Qing,

Thanks for your update and the detailed information.

Since the Windows account you are currently logged into is not an administrator account and the Office is managed by your admin, you may not have the permission to uninstall Office and reinstall it.

After all the steps you have done, we may infer that the issue related to the Excel client. The issue may be resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling Office. In this regard, we recommend that you contact your administrator directly for assistance. For your reference: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin?

    We greatly appreciate your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Madoc

Can Microsoft consider to increate the limit of 200 in Excel Solver. It is too limited to be used for us and business like around us.

I think the limit is around since last many years even after a lot of improvements in products and services...

The Excel Solver functionality and limits needs to be improved based on current business requirement and needs.

Hope my voice would be heard by some Microsoft Developers and due care will be given on the request...

    Thanks...
