Duplication link not working

Hi I am having issues with duplicating a form on Microsoft Forms.

When I click on the "Duplicate It" button, it just redirects me back to the Forms home page, without actually duplicating the form. I have tried using different browsers and incognito mode to carry out the same action but it did not work as well. I'm wondering if there is any way to overcome this issue?

I tried to work around this issue by inviting others to collaborate but I did not have the option to generate such a link.

    Hi muahchee,

    Regarding to “May I ask what do you mean by changing my environment?” for example turn off VPN, change another internet connection and another pc.

    Hi! I've tried what you mentioned above and unfortunately, it doesn't seem to make a difference. But it's okay for now as I have workaround the issue by creating new accounts for the users who need the form.
