    Hi John,

    Do you mean you would like to hide the formula bar in Excel?

    If so, go to Excel > File > Options > Advanced > Display > tick off Show Formula bar option

    Then click on OK to save your change.

    If this is not what you want, could you provide us a screenshot on which part you would like to hide?

    Regards,

    Alex Chen

    re: "hide formulas"

    The formula =IF(A1 > 10, True, "") is hidden, if Cell A1<=10

    by the use of two sets of quote marks.

    You could also change the font color of the cell to white.
    (not recommended)

    To find all formulas on a worksheet use...

    Ribbon | Home (tab) | Editing (group) | Find & Select (icon)

    [Edit-added]

    Also, entire rows or columns can be hidden.

    I have an Excel file that does some calculations.

    I want to be able to hide the formula. See Below. I want to hide the calculations for fields like that for H18 so people can't see or change the calculation.

    Change the cell protection and protect the sheet.

    Andreas.
