Hi,

Is the Excel File for MS Form Responses only reside in the Responses Tab or is it also located in SharePoint or OneDrive somewhere for each Form?

Thank you for your help,

Joe

    Hi Joe45Joe,

Thanks for your valuable feedback and sharing updates with us and I really appreciate your effort and your precious time doing.

And I appreciate your kind words.

Regarding to, "I set "Who can fill out this form" to "Anyone can respond". I notice with this setting it does not collect the name nor the email of the submitter. Is this standard?" yes you are correct when we set setting "Anyone can respond" in a Microsoft Form it will not show the responder name information. And yes you can set the setting "Only people in my organization can respond" to get user/responder information.

Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated. I hope that you are keeping safe and well!

    Sincerely,

    Waqas Muhammad

    Hi Joe45Joe,

In Microsoft Form your setting is correct. May I ask if you have submitted it to a Group Form, such as Microsoft Teams? If yes, then you might not receive email notification. Please check this article for the detailed information No email notifications for responses to Group Forms - Office | Microsoft Docs

Also, please check if your organization has turned the notification feature off for some reason.

Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated. I hope that you are keeping safe and well!

    Sincerely,

    Waqas Muhammad

    Hi Waqas,

I'm sorry, I have another question. Is there a way to add just plain text content into an MS Form with being related to a question? For example, I would like to add some process instructional text within one of my forms.

Thank you again for all your help!

    Joe
