    Hi Joe45Joe,

Thanks for your valuable feedback and sharing updates with us and I really appreciate your effort and your precious time doing.

And I appreciate your kind words.

Regarding to, "I set "Who can fill out this form" to "Anyone can respond". I notice with this setting it does not collect the name nor the email of the submitter. Is this standard?" yes you are correct when we set setting "Anyone can respond" in a Microsoft Form it will not show the responder name information. And yes you can set the setting "Only people in my organization can respond" to get user/responder information.

Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated. I hope that you are keeping safe and well!

    Sincerely,

    Waqas Muhammad

As you mentioned, "Is there a way to add just plain text content into an MS Form" may I know does it mean you want to add text box?

    Hi Waqas,

Something like a text box will work. I just need to be able to add some process information before individual questions. :)

    Thank you,

    Joe

    Hi Joe45Joe,

Thanks for sharing updates with us. It seems I'm afraid that we cannot add process instruction/ information before questions in Microsoft Form.

Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated. I hope that you are keeping safe and well!

    Sincerely,

    Waqas Muhammad
