Simple excel sheet protected itself?

Question

I have a simple excel sheet that I keep track of my hours for different projects, etc. I think ever since I tried adding a macro to clear certain cells, and another macro to insert a row, appears to be when the problem started? The macros are very simple, although I never got them to work successfully. I searched all macros for the entire workbook for ".protect", but found nothing. Any ideas? I don't share it with anyone else. and i tried unprotecting it by hitting enter with no password, that didn't work either. So if it protected the worksheet somehow, is there a default password it would have assigned?

Note the Accessibility on the bottom left, does that contribute to my issue? Also note that the doc isn't saved in the cloud. Also, I see that I can't add another worksheet either! really confused here.

I pasted this in, and pressed F5. Its been Not Responding for a half hour so far... Any thoughts?

I've had to shut it down in Task Manager a few times as it just hangs there. I may be able to recreate the document elsewhere, but I'm gunshy that it may protect itself again! Any idea how this happened in the first place?
