Hi Mia,
interesting solution. What happens, if the owner of the workspace leaves the company? Can I assign a new owner to the workspace?
Sincerely,
Sebastian

When one shares a Loop WorkSpace Page, the shortened share URL is something like this: https://xxxx.sharepoint.com/:fl:/r/contentstorage/CSP_021d819c-6a54-42a0-ba61-0329dba1df76/Document%20Library/LoopAppData/Get%20Inspired.fluid
This does not appear to be a real SharePoint site that you can access or see from SPO Admin Center. When attempting to access the supposed site using PowerShell you get access denied regardless of your admin role.
So, where are these Pages actually saved? A hiddeen SharePoint site or some Azure Database?

It would be awesome to get a reply on this! Its a very important question in corporate environments. Especially when you don’t have a backup in Microsoft 365.

I would also like an answer to this question..
Thanks.
Dear Aubrey Marshall,
Good day!! Thanks for posting your concern in this Microsoft Community.
Per the description shared, I understand your concern but to my search, Loop Workspace Pages are actually stored in a hidden SharePoint site called the "Loop Data Site." This site is created automatically when you create a Loop Workspace and is not visible in the SharePoint Admin Center or in the user interface of SharePoint.
The Loop Data Site contains the data and files associated with all of the Loop Workspaces in your organization, including the Workspace Pages, conversations, files, and other content. The site is not directly accessible to users or administrators, and can only be accessed through the Loop application.
When you share a Loop Workspace Page, the shortened share URL is actually a link to the page that is stored in the Loop Data Site. When someone clicks on the link, they are directed to the Loop application, which retrieves the page from the Loop Data Site and displays it in the user's browser.
So, in summary, Loop Workspace Pages are stored in a hidden SharePoint site called the Loop Data Site, which can only be accessed through the Loop application. However, if you want to check the situation with the internal SharePoint Online team, I suggest you to create a support ticket from the Office 365 admin center. Thanks for your understanding and patience.

If the Loop pages are not accessible how do you monitor the content for sensitive data such as PII, PHI, etc.? How do you secure or remove the data when it is discovered? How do you prevent users from disclosing, altering, destroying, and giving other unauthorized users access to the information stored in Loop?
This sounds like a security nightmare waiting to happen.
