We have the same issue and would get legal trouble, if not even an Administator can access / delete etc.
Any chance that there will be a change soon?

When one shares a Loop WorkSpace Page, the shortened share URL is something like this: https://xxxx.sharepoint.com/:fl:/r/contentstorage/CSP_021d819c-6a54-42a0-ba61-0329dba1df76/Document%20Library/LoopAppData/Get%20Inspired.fluid
This does not appear to be a real SharePoint site that you can access or see from SPO Admin Center. When attempting to access the supposed site using PowerShell you get access denied regardless of your admin role.
So, where are these Pages actually saved? A hiddeen SharePoint site or some Azure Database?

Hi folks. There seems to be decent info & references here: Storage management after user departure. Can't say I love the administration experience yet, but it's a start.
