Where are Loop Workspace Pages actually Stored?

When one shares a Loop WorkSpace Page, the shortened share URL is something like this: https://xxxx.sharepoint.com/:fl:/r/contentstorage/CSP_021d819c-6a54-42a0-ba61-0329dba1df76/Document%20Library/LoopAppData/Get%20Inspired.fluid

This does not appear to be a real SharePoint site that you can access or see from SPO Admin Center. When attempting to access the supposed site using PowerShell you get access denied regardless of your admin role.

So, where are these Pages actually saved? A hiddeen SharePoint site or some Azure Database?

    @Mia

We have the same issue and would get legal trouble, if not even an Administator can access / delete etc.

Any chance that there will be a change soon?

    Thank you Markus

    Hi Mia,

We need to know how to recover data from someone who leaves the company , it's very important for us for our data governance policy.

    Best regards,

It seems, that PS might solve our issue:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/loop/loop-compliance-summary?view=o365-worldwide#admin-management-of-loop-workspaces

    PowerShell ability to

    • enumeration of list of Loop workspaces created
    • get container details including labels, storage, owners etc.
    • delete, recover and purge deleted Loop workspaces
    • set sharing settings at a tenant level

Anybody any clue how to do that?

The linked sites do not really help me...

Hi folks. There seems to be decent info & references here: Storage management after user departure. Can't say I love the administration experience yet, but it's a start.
