activate without adding a payment method

I want to activate Microsoft 365 without adding a payment method.

I have a Product Key.

It doesn't work without entering payment details. But you can go in and cancel the 'reoccurring billing' in the subscription settings after - it's a sneaky way to capture people who are more sloppy with their cancellations, so it just rolls over every year,
