import xls table into Loop

Question

I want to import data from a xls table into loop.

I would like to have it as loop component as we use the data in different documents and 3 users need to have access.

I do not want to insert the link of the existing file due to access rights to that source.

I tried to add a table" /table" and copy/pasted the xls content. But the table is getting too wide and I loose oversight (20 columns, 20 rows.)

What are my options? I can't change the table layout size?

After trying these suggestions without success. I decided to try coping + pasting all the cells in my Excel sheet into Loop. No '/table' or anything. Just onto a blank page. And it worked!

But does the data update when the data in Excel changes? I can copy/paste and the table will format, but it's just static data. I would need to copy/paste every time.

Microsoft loop lags when i copy paste my csv about 400 lines from excel to loop? I tested this in Notion it does not lack. 😢
