Excel automation to copy and paste in to a Microsoft Teams channel

Question

I need Excel to be able to copy cell data and paste it in to a Microsoft Teams channel as an automation or flow.

When I enter in the phrase "In Progress" in to cell J1then i need the cell data in G1 and i1 to copy and paste in to a specific Microsoft Teams channel. Is this possible? Thanks in advance! :)

Dear RomeoV2024,

For example, you want to filter all G and I column rows when the J column value is InProgress and copy all the data as a post in a Teams channel automatically.

I suggest you first convert the data in the sheet to a table if you haven't done that and create the flow as follows to see the result.

The sheet:

Filter Query in List rows present in a table: Column10 eq 'InProgress'

Value in Append to array variable:

{

"Column7":"@{outputs('Compose')}",

"Column9":"@{outputs('Compose_2')}"

}

Compose4: replace(body('Create_HTML_table'),'<table>','<table border="1">')

Thank you for that cliff.

I appreciate the screen shots.

I don't need the entire column of G and I to post. I only want the corresponding cells to the "In Progress" column to to post the data only once when I enter in "In Progress" in to a cell in column J.

For example: I enter in "In Progress" in to cell J6, then the data in cell G6 and the data in cell i6 will then automatically copy and paste in to a Microsoft Teams chat.

Hopefully that makes sense.

I'm new to Power Automate. How do I start the set up for the flow? I'm not sure what do here and moving forward.
