However, I noticed that your issue also contains an error of not being able to log in. To further understand if your issue is the same as our recent hot issues, I sincerely invite you to share the following information with me:
- May I ask if your other Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) are also experiencing account login issues?
- May I ask if your current account error problem shows error code: 29?
