I would like to echo the frustrations expressed by the original poster. I have had this issue for almost 6 months, consulting countless online forums with thousands of others experiencing the same problem. This significantly disrupts workflow in our office environment. I have been able to use the workaround outlined above until about 6 weeks ago. Unfortunately, it wasn't a perfect workaround to start with. Now, once I map the shared folder network drive, the folder simply does not load-- ever. I am forced to go back to OneDrive online, download files locally, edit, and reupload. This is a critical issue affecting productivity and business operations, and it is unacceptable for a paid service to have such a major flaw with no resolution for so long. If Microsoft expects users to continue trusting OneDrive, we need urgent action and transparency.
Please escalate this issue immediately, and I expect a real update on a solution soon.
