OneDrive Web, unknown render failure when accessing "My Files"

Hello,

One of our users is having issues accessing their "My Files" folder on OneDrive web. I can't insert images but the error is as follows:

"Sorry, something went wrong

Unknown render failure.

Failed to execute statement, ResultCode: 1"

They removed cache and it temporarily fixed the issue but the problem is back. After trying to delete cache again, it doesn't work.

    Exactly the same issue for me. Excel sheets with links to OneDrive receipts not working at all. Exactly the same error message. No suggestions in this thread result in a fix for the problem.
