My PC is stuck on version 22H2 and is unable to update, so i tried to factory reset the computer but is unable to. I've tried a few other solves on this forum but none have worked yet. Either a solve for being able to update it or a solve on resetting my device would be appreciated.
It appears that the BIOS is still using the old version. 0xC1900101 - 0x20017 errors are usually caused by outdated BIOS

the bios update did seem to fail and once i redid the update and was successfully able to update windows.
