We are a team of 10 members. Our team uses 3 servers (virtual machines/devices-accessed remotely) for project-related activities, which involve the use of basic MS Office products such as Excel and Word.

We are planning to purchase "MS Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024" to enable the use of Excel and Word files on these servers. Given our setup, we request your assistance in clarifying the following queries:

1)How many "MS Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024" licenses does our team need to purchase to use Excel applications?

2)Should the number of licenses be based on the number of users or the number of servers we own?
