Graph API Endpoints

Are there any API endpoints available for retrieving the analytics of Copilot studio agents just like copilot licensed users and their usage?

Based on your inquiry, I understand you're looking for a Graph API that retrieves analytics related to Copilot Studio agents. 

From my research, the most relevant endpoint currently available is part of the Microsoft Graph beta API, specifically designed for Copilot for Microsoft 365 usage reporting.  

You can use the following endpoint to get the daily trend of active and enabled users of Microsoft 365 Copilot over a specified time period (e.g., 7 days): 

GET https://graph.microsoft.com/beta/reports/getMicrosoft365CopilotUserCountTrend(period='D7')?$format=application/json

Additionally, you can access the Microsoft 365 Copilot usage report from the Microsoft 365 admin center, which provides an overview of activity across the productivity apps in your organization. 
1.In the admin center, go to Reports > Usage. 
2.Select the Microsoft 365 Copilot page. 
3.Select the Usage tab to view adoption and usage metrics.

To retrieve information about Copilot license users, you may consider using the List subscriptions endpoint. This provides a list of commercial subscriptions acquired by your organization.
