    Hi Faye Monalisa

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum and sharing your issue.

Please understand that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to cover your organization domain name in the description. Please notice to hide these personal or organization information next time you post error or some information to protect personal data.

Based on your description, I completely understand losing your phone with Authenticator app can be very stressful as it affects your ability to access your account.

Although account recovery cannot be handled directly through this public forum, you may consider following these recommended steps to regain access:

If you are the sole administrator for your tenant, you will need to contact Microsoft's Data Protection team directly by phone: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

In case the phone line is not supportive, you can consider directly submitting a support request as a helpful workaround:

Create a trial business account: Go to Microsoft 365 Business Plans and Pricing and click Try for free to set up a temporary Microsoft 365 tenant with a trial license. User's image

Use this new account to sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and submit a support request on behalf of your primary (locked) account. Click Help & Support > then choose Create a support request.User's image

Note: This method doesn't require you to use your new account for your business. Instead, it allows you to create a temporary global administrator account so you can submit a support request, as your original global administrator account is locked out due to issues with multi-factor authentication. The trial account is free for one month. Be sure to delete it after submitting your support request to avoid any automatic renewals or charges from Microsoft.

For further instructions, you can follow this guide: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your further updates and more detailed information, we can work together to find a resolution.

Note: Please follow the steps in our documentation to enable e-mail notifications if you want to receive the related email notification for this thread.

Before anyone would try to respond, we'd like to have enough information to begin with.

Start with the application. You posted in the forum for Microsoft Access, so one would assume that you refer to an Access database?

Tell us about that database and the version of Access you use.

Tell us what you tried to do when that error occurred.

Show us the actual error message displayed, not just an error code.

Apparently, error code 399287 is associated with a failed login to an Azure account, but beyond that we know too little to be helpful. In fact, if this question does refer to logging in to an Azure account, and is not about using an Access database, you need to find a more appropriate forum in which to post your question. And, when you do that, please provide enough context in your question about the problem to allow others to provide useful responses.

With enough information, we could start looking at possible reasons for the error and suggest possible solutions.

    Thank you.
