It has been over two months since i got an invoice

i am STILL trying to reach out to support but i am getting the cold sholder
everything has moved to AI, all i am trying to do is pay for an invoice using my Non Profit Credits
support has done it once before. it's just annoyed that there is no option for support unless you pay for it. At this point the last two months i found a new host and they have helped me. Starting to think Azure does not like Non Profits.

    Hello Shadow LeRawr,

You're trying to pay an Azure invoice using your sponsorship credits. It's been over two months since you received an invoice, and despite multiple attempts to reach support, you've received no meaningful help.

Before reaching out to Support team

    • Verify Sponsorship Credit Status: Go to the Azure Sponsorship portal and confirm your credits are active and linked to the correct subscription.
    • Verify for Invoice in your emails: Look for messages from ******@service.microsoft.com or azure-noreply@microsoft.com around the time of the last charge.
    • Check Microsoft 365 Admin Center: If your organization uses Microsoft 365, you may find billing history under Billing > Bills & payments.

If you are unable to raise a support request> you can follow the below document https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request to create support case.

For more details, refer below similar question which addressing similar on billing unexpected charges: Got an invoice from azure altough I have a founders hub sponsorship! - Microsoft Q&A

Hope this helps. and please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
