I have a working resource, domain and 2 MailFrom addresses (one DoNotReply@, and one other). I need to add an additional mailfrom address. Google says this comes via the email quota increase process. I have filled out the suggested information, but THERE IS NO WAY TO SUBMIT THIS INFORMATION TO MICROSOFT, either via an incident or via another method. Please help! I have a valid subscription.

    Hi John,

My instructions will allow you to request increase your default email sending limit, which when approved will enable the Add+ button.

There is a way to add additional MailFrom via Azure CLI (example) / PowerShell (example) without first increasing your send limit, however, I recommend you go ahead and increase your send limit regardless.

Please carefully follow my instructions below to submit quota increase request and not get stuck in endless loop. The quota increase request is free.

Please let me know if you have any issue creating case in a comment below and I will assist further.

    Hello @JohnPollard-6854 ,

Thank you for submitting your question on Microsoft Q&A.

To submit a quota increase request to Microsoft, you can follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal and navigate to the subscription you want to examine.
    2. In the Azure portal search bar, enter quota and select Quotas from the results.
    3. On the Quotas page, select the relevant service, such as Dev Box.
    4. Review your quota usage and limits for each resource type on the My Quotas page.
    5. To request an update to an existing quota, select the quota and then click Request adjustment. Alternatively, to request updates for multiple quotas, select the quotas and choose New Quota Request > Enter a new limit.
    6. In the New Quota Request pane, enter the New limit for each selected quota and then select Submit. While your request is under review, a status indicator will display on the pane. If approved, the new quota limit will be updated.
