REMOVED PII

Try to add Guest-user account. Redirect to Entra. After a few second of loading the Page Sign-in failed is shown.

REMOVED PII

The same problem is with adding any other type of user.

I do not have a problem to add guest-users and other on my mobile (with the same account).

Unfortunately, deleting history and cookies does not help.

I am using Firefox with different contexts. I do not have a problem when i use my mobile or log in via Chrome.

My account is the company one, but I am administrator.

I see first error notification on administration page:

    Hello @Maciej Śmieszek,

    Thank you for responding.

I’ve researched this error code and found a Q&A thread related to the same issue. A Microsoft moderator suggested verifying the Redirect URI registration in the Microsoft Entra admin center.

    undefined

The thread link: Unable to Access Azure Portal from my Microsoft Account - Microsoft Q&A

You can try this approach, as the error seems to be linked to Azure configuration. I hope you understand that this issue goes beyond the standard support scope I have access to, so I’m unable to test it in your environment.

If the above step does not work, I believe it’s time for our higher-level technical team to step in. You can raise a support ticket for further assistance.

To create a Support ticket, you can go to: Microsoft 365 admin center

    undefined

     undefined

When the ticket is opened, a support engineer can start a remote session to investigate the issue, review the back-end settings, and optionally run a sync tool to resolve the issue.

I truly hope you’ll be assisted soon by our dedicated technical team.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Hello @Maciej Śmieszek,

I mentioned the steps in my previous response, but I’ll rewrite them here for clarity:

    • To create a Support ticket, you can go to Microsoft 365 admin center
    • From there, you can create a support ticket by clicking on Support=> Help & Support.

For more information, you can infer this article: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

Finally, if you’ve already submitted a ticket, please share the ticket ID with me so I can check its status and keep you updated.

    Waiting for your reply.
