When trying to access my Azure account portal, I am unable to login and am receiving this error:
AADSTS50020: User account 'xxxxx@harsh.com .com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '23523755-3a2b-41ca-9315-f854902566a95'(ACOM Azure Website) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.
How do I determine which of my accounts needs to have the failing account added as an external user?

I had the same thing start happening to me today when I try to sign in to Azure from a known good/paid account.
Wish I could help more, but I am also dead in the water :-((
This may not help unless you have a second Azure account but I was able to sign in with a second work account, then log out of the portal, and immediately log in with my personal account (that was failing) and it worked. No idea why. Still annoying as all get out. Best of luck.
Logging into my corporate Azure account and logging back out did not help me get logged into my personal account.
Any other suggestions?

Hi All · The issue at the Azure backend is now resolved.
You should be able to sign by using both https://portal.azure.com as well as https://azure.microsoft.com.

IHi, I'm having the same issue. I don't remember creating any new accounts. I started receiving this error from the Azure portal on my account. I cannot even create a support request in my own account, because it's suffering from the same problem. What is the solution to this?

Same thing here. I can use Azure Storage Explorer and Azure Data Explorer and use my account, but can't connect with this same account to get to the portal!
