To reset the password for Milton Pickett in Microsoft 365, follow these steps:

    1. In the Microsoft 365 admin center, go to the Users > Active users page.
    2. On the Active users page, select Milton Pickett and then select Reset password.
    3. Follow the instructions on the Reset password page to autogenerate a new password for him or create one manually, then select Reset password.
    4. Print the account details to a PDF, store it securely, and share them with Milton in a secure manner.

Please note that as of August 30, 2024, Microsoft will remove the ability to send user account details and passwords via email from the admin center, so it's important to share the information securely.

Since you haven’t specified your account type or your role within the organization, I’ll provide guidance based on the tag in your initial post. If he is using a personal account (such as @hotmail.com, @gmail.com, or @outlook.com), or if he is the only admin who needs to reset their password, please let me know so I can give you more accurate instructions.

    • In the left-hand menu, go to Users → Active users.
    • Find and select the user whose password you want to reset.
    • On the user details page, click Reset password.
