If your identity validation request is stuck in the "In Progress" status for an extended period, such as 10 days, it is recommended to check the status in the Azure portal. You may also receive notifications via email regarding updates or if additional documentation is required. If you have not received any communication, it might be beneficial to reach out for assistance through Azure Support or Microsoft Q&A, specifically using the tag Azure Trusted Signing.
Keep in mind that processing times can vary, and if more documentation is needed, you will be notified via email. If you have exhausted all attempts and still face issues, consider creating a new identity validation request, as additional requests cannot expedite the process of the current one.
