Reaching support fails

I have a support transcription and in there a casenumber and a link to support. The link brings me only to the support page and nowere is a possibility to chat again. I can only see the history of the support.

My issue is not resolved in contrary got worse after taking the advised steps.

How can i reach the chat support again.

I have the case number so only need a right link to chat again with support.
