Microsoft eCDN Support

If you experience difficulties, we recommend first consulting our Troubleshooting eCDN performance issues documentation. We find that our customers can quickly self-resolve most of their inquiries using the troubleshooting guide provided in the troubleshooting articles.

If you still need help after consulting the troubleshooting guides, use the following instructions to create a case.

  1. Go to Microsoft 365 admin center or Teams Admin Center

  2. Select the "Help & support" headset icon, at the bottom right

  3. Under "How can we help?" type "ecdn" and select Microsoft Teams eCDN

  4. Several extra resources are displayed

  5. If no option matches your issue, select the "Contact Support" button

  6. Fill in your details such as name, contact information, problem description, and attach any screenshots you'd like a support engineer to review

  7. Submit the case by clicking "Contact me"

  8. A support engineer will review your case and be in touch soon
