My Microsoft 365 tenant is locked by GoDaddy as a delegated reseller. I am the domain owner and need the partner relationship removed and Global Admin access granted to my account. The automated tenant takeover fails because a hidden Global Admin exists. This is a Partner Lock In case and requires escalation to the Data Protection / CSP Escalation team.

    Hi,

I get through but it just says I need to use the admin centre to raise a support ticket, gives me the web address and then ends the call! Given GoDaddy controls this, I cannot get to the admin centre to raise a request. Any help appreciated.
