You can add OneDrive for Business from within the OneDrive Personal settings. Open OneDrive Personal, go to Settings, to the Account tab, then to +Add an account, and add your business account. Also, go to Windows Start > Settings > Accounts > Access Work or School and add your business account there.

    Hi @Richard Lewis,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum and thank you for reaching out regarding the concern about installing OneDrive on your newly updated computers.

After reviewing the scenario, the information provided by Q&A Assist appears to align with the standard OneDrive installation process for recently updated Windows devices. Since OneDrive is often pre‑installed, the first step is typically to search for OneDrive from the Start menu.

If the application is not available, another recommended approach is to download the OneDrive Sync app directly from Microsoft’s official source to ensure the most up‑to‑date and trusted version: Download the OneDrive App for Secure Cloud Storage | Microsoft OneDrive.

I hope this information is helpful. Please feel free to let me know whether the process works as expected. If not, we can continue working together to clarify next steps or address any remaining concerns.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have additional questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.

To install OneDrive on your new computers, you can follow these steps:

    1. Download the OneDrive setup: You can download the OneDrive sync app from the official Microsoft website. It is included as part of Windows 10 and Windows 11, so if your computers are running these operating systems, OneDrive may already be installed.
    2. Install OneDrive: If it is not installed, you can run the downloaded setup file. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
    3. Sign in: After installation, open OneDrive and sign in with your Microsoft account that has the license.
    4. Configure settings: You may want to configure your sync settings according to your preferences.

If you need to install OneDrive for multiple users on the same machine, consider using the per-machine installation option, which allows you to install it once for all users.
