Hi,

I had a charge for my subscription renewal of $129.99 on February 9, and on February 17 I had the same charge again on my credit card. Can you refund the second one, please? What do I need to do to get a refund?

Thank you,

Leonor

This forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, try using the steps they provide on this link to find out what that second payment was for.

Then use the steps they provide on this link to cancel whatever that second payment was for and get a refund.

To address the issue of being double charged for your subscription renewal, you will need to contact Microsoft directly for assistance with the refund process. Since this forum does not have access to account-specific details or the ability to process refunds, it is best to reach out to Microsoft Billing Support.

You can do this by visiting the Microsoft support page, signing in to your Microsoft account, and selecting the appropriate product for help. From there, you can describe your issue and request a refund for the duplicate charge.

Here are the general steps you can follow:

    1. Go to the Microsoft support page.
    2. Sign in to your Microsoft account.
    3. Select the product you need help with (in this case, Microsoft 365).
    4. Click on "Get Home support" and describe your issue.
    5. Choose the option to contact support and follow the prompts to submit your request.

Make sure to provide all relevant details, including the dates and amounts of the charges, to expedite the process.
