    Hi,

Please note that here in the Microsoft Q&A forum, we are fellow users and do not have account access.

Log in to all of your Microsoft accounts and check if you can see the charges there.

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

If not, have you asked a family member if they may have used your card in the past?

You can refer to this article: 'How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft.'

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft-398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93

If you can’t find the source of the charge, it’s possible that your credit card has been compromised. In this case, you should contact your bank immediately to open a dispute ticket, request an investigation, and, if necessary, have your card blocked and replaced to prevent further unauthorized charges.

It sounds like you may have multiple subscriptions or a billing issue with your Microsoft 365 account. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this:

    1. Check Your Subscriptions: Log in to your Microsoft account and review your subscriptions to ensure there are no duplicate subscriptions. Sometimes, subscriptions can be activated through different channels (like promotions or third-party services).
    2. Contact Microsoft Support: Since this issue involves billing, it's best to contact Microsoft Billing Support directly. You can do this by visiting the Microsoft support page and selecting the appropriate options for billing issues. Make sure to describe your situation clearly to get the best assistance.
    3. Review Billing History: Check your billing history to see if there are any unexpected charges or if there are two active subscriptions that you may not be aware of.

If you continue to experience issues, the Microsoft support team will be able to assist you further in resolving the double charge.
