Scorecard uploading problem

hello, I attempted the github certifications exam through AMBG learning network. I attempted gh 500 but the ambg portal is showing gh 300 as default when uploading the scorecard.please remove gh 300 from my account and update it to gh 500 so i can upload the correct scorecard

Changes to GitHub certification records, including correcting which GitHub exam appears for upload or on a profile, must be handled by certification/support channels; it cannot be changed directly in the AMBG portal.

Use these steps:

1. For GitHub Certification record issues (wrong exam showing, needing GH-500 instead of GH-300):
   • Go to Credentials support | Microsoft Learn and follow the guidance under GitHub Certifications to get help:
     • Start at the support page: Credentials support.
     • For issues that don’t fit the listed categories, use the GitHub Zendesk support link on that page to open a ticket and describe that GH-300 is incorrectly associated and GH-500 should be shown instead.
2. If the problem is specifically with the AMBG learning network portal (upload behavior, portal defaulting to GH-300):
   • Contact AMBG’s own support/helpdesk so they can refresh or correct the exam mapping on their side after your GitHub certification record is fixed.
3. If there is any mismatch between your legal name or profile details and the exam records (which can sometimes cause portal issues), update your Learn profile and then contact support if needed:
   • Follow the GitHub Certifications instructions under How to contact support to update your legal name or other profile details if they are incorrect.

Provide support with:

• Your full name as it appears on the exam.
• The correct exam code (GH-500) and the incorrect one currently shown (GH-300).
• Exam date and delivery provider (AMBG learning network / Pearson VUE if applicable).
• Screenshots of the AMBG portal showing the wrong exam, if allowed.

Support can then correct the certification record or advise AMBG what to update so the correct GH-500 scorecard can be uploaded.
