ive made this current account due to not being able to get into the one i used in the past. upon trying to login with email it gives me "Ak[blank]@msvoom" as of posting this i have spent an hour and a half trying to get into my account. that account is connected to several others and i cannot afford to have that information in someone elses hands. ive tried but cannot prove the account is mine to have it deleted or recovered, it doesn't prompt me with the security questions i set up when making the account.

What was the domain (the part after the "@" in your email address) of the email you used in the past? Was it something like "outlook.com" or "hotmail.com"? (Do not reply with your entire email address. Just the domain).

If so, it looks like your account has been hacked and the attackers have changed your primary email address.

If you have done everything suggested by Microsoft in this Support Article:

How to recover a hacked or compromised Microsoft account
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/how-to-recover-a-hacked-or-compromised-microsoft-account-24ca907d-bcdf-a44b-4656-47f0cd89c245

And in these articles about how to recover your account:

    Account Recovery Form
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/help-with-the-microsoft-account-recovery-form-b19c02d1-a782-dee6-93c3-dc8113b20c42

    Account Recovery Unsuccessful

    Account Recovery Rejected
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5539753/i-am-locked-out-of-an-account-with-rejected-suppor

Then I am sorry. But there is not much else you can do.

Microsoft Account Security is an automated process. There is no direct phone number for account recovery. Microsoft Support Agents can not unlock an account or reset your password. All routes lead back to the automated process or chat support to help you complete the automated process.

You can try Chat Support. But they will almost always tell you to use the Account Recovery Form

    • Open a browser to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact
    • Tell us your problem: "Account hacked or compromised"
    • [Get Help] {Scroll down to the bottom of the page} [Sign in to Contact Support]
    • Sign in with a working Microsoft account. (Once you are in Chat you can tell them the actual account with the problem).
    • Products and services: "Other Products"
    • Category: "Manage Account Security"
    • [Confirm]
    • Choose a support option -> "Chat with a support agent in your web browser"

“msvoom” is not documented in the provided material as a valid Microsoft domain or product name. The context only covers standard Microsoft account recovery and security flows.

For an account that cannot be accessed or recovered with normal methods, only the official self-service tools and forms can be used:

    1. Start with the Sign-in Helper
      • Go to the Sign-in Helper.
      • Enter the email address or phone number used for the old account.
      • The tool will detect common issues and guide through the next steps.
    2. If the password is not accepted or the account looks blocked
      • Use the standard recovery flow described in My username and password have stopped working:
        1. Go to Recover your account.
        2. Enter the email, phone, or Skype name for the old account.
        3. Choose where to receive a security code and complete the verification.
        4. Set a new password if verification succeeds.
    3. If none of the listed security options are recognized
      • Follow Common problems with two-step verification for a work or school account:
        • Confirm the correct email address and domain (for example, .com vs .co.uk).
        • If the address is correct and none of the security info is recognized, use the account recovery process.
    4. If locked out or unable to receive codes
      • Use the Microsoft account recovery form (ACSR) as described in Help with the Microsoft account recovery form:
        1. Ensure access to a working alternate email address (can be a friend’s or a new Outlook.com address) to receive responses.
        2. Go to the Account recovery form.
        3. Complete it from a device and location commonly used with that account.
        4. Provide as much accurate information as possible (old passwords, contacts, subject lines, etc.).
        5. Wait for the email response; do not submit multiple forms in parallel.
    5. If two-step verification was enabled and no verification method is available
      • As stated in Help with the Microsoft account recovery form, if two-step verification was turned on and none of the alternate verification methods can be accessed, support agents cannot override security or reset the account. In that case, the account cannot be recovered or deleted through support.
    6. If the username is reported as not existing
      • Follow My username and password have stopped working:
        • Double-check spelling and domain.
        • If still not found, review the guidance in that article or contact support via the provided Contact support link.
    7. If unusual or suspicious activity is suspected
      • Follow What happens if there's an unusual sign-in to your account:
        • If sign-in becomes possible, go to Security basicsReview activity and mark any activity that was not performed as “This wasn’t me” or use Secure your account.
        • Change the password and review security info.

If recovery continues to fail and two-step verification or missing verification methods block access, the documented process does not provide a way to force deletion or manual override for that consumer account.
